GuardMyRide is launching a Delivery Service Provider (DSP) incubator program designed to create a nationwide network of independently run delivery companies that are fully aligned with our technology-first vision for last-mile logistics.
Investment Structure
Each DSP will be co-founded through a joint investment:

Lead Driver Contribution: £15,000 personal investment

Equity Split: GuardMyRide retains 30% equity in each DSP; the Lead Driver holds 70% and has full operational control.
